Cooling a Triumph Stag V8 With a EWP115 Combo - Part No. 8030 (Nylon) or 8050 (ALLOY)

 
Find below a PDF Presentation of a very professional EWP115 (Part No. 8030) conversion carried out by a local Stag enthusiast James Ostergaard in July 2011. As you will see, James has done one hell of a job with this conversion and he’s happy to share it with other Stag owners and enthusiasts.

Modifications Inlude:

• Overflow bottle replaced by expansion bottle
• Davies, Craig EWP115 Electric Water Pump fitted
• EWP/Fan Digital Controller fitted
• Removed original fan & fitted a Davies, Craig 16” Thermatic electric fan
• Air bleed on rear of right hand head
• Air gaps around radiator blocked off
• Air flow blocked inside the front guards
